Porcini mushroom - Mix mushroom - Truffle - Garlic - Thyme - Semolina flour - "00" flour - Milk - Butter - Heavy cream - Parmiggiano cheese - Fresh Mozzarella - Salt - Black Pepper - Nutmeg
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Defrost at room temperature for at least 3 hours or Bake straight from frozen.
Pre-heat the oven at 400 F. Bake until 52 Celsius at the hearth and Golden & brown.
Grill 2 minutes under the Broiler for extra Golden & Brown effect
Let rest for 10 minutes before cut and serve
