Pair this dish with Caricante white wine, a Sicilian grape grown on the slopes of the volcano Mount Etna. Its high acidity and mouth watering mineral finish is the perfect contrast with the fattiness of burrata and mortadella.

INGREDIENTS
Pistacchio - Burrata cheese - Mortadella - Butter
Milk - Parmiggiano cheese - Flour - Egg - Garlic
Vegetable oil - Black pepper - Salt
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Defrost the Lasagna at room temperature for at least
4 hours or overnight in the fridge - Pre heat the oven
at 425 F - Cook until golden & brown and the
temperature inside reach 54 Celsius - Rest 10 minutes
